Well, first time i got the ban stick from Anet. According to their records, I am being banned for buying in-game gold. I must say, they are really efficient. They rather ban the wrong players, then let anyone get away.
On the April 11th, at around 3.30am GMT+8, I was in balth temple ID1 delivering my items I sold in GWGuru. Then all of a sudden, this guy traded me. He placed 100K on his side and submitted. I was like "?" and to see what's going on, I submitted a empty trade. To my surprise, he accepted! I got the 100K for nothing, and I pm'ed him "LOL" and "?". I was stumped. Later on he realized i'm not the person he's suppose to pass the gold to, I returned it to him.
Next thing I know, I got banned. And according to the policy, they will remove the 100K from my account. IF i kept that 100K, yes, they will be able to remove it. But if its not in my account already since in my case I returned it to that guy, what happens?
So I went to read up on the policy on real money trading, and blah blah, the whole thing only states that IF you purchase in-game gold. BUT I DIDN'T. and the 100K went BACK to the person who delivered. Emailed the GMs, tried plaync support site, confusing as hell. Finally submitted a "ticket", and after a LONG time, someone replied. And the replied seems like a auto generated reply, without ANY look into the matter. IF Anet has logs, its so obvious that I returned the 100K back TO THE SAME GUY. So how is it that I bought the gold?

Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us regarding your Guild Wars account.
After reviewing the incident and associated game logs it appears that you have violated the "Rules of Conduct."
Specifically your account purchased in-game gold for real world money. Any violation of the Rules of Conduct will result in a mark placed on your account. Each mark will suspend your account for a given period of time, and that period of account suspension would rise with each subsequent mark against your account. Account marks will expire after a period of time. Therefore, you can clear your account of marks, and remove the risk of lengthy suspensions, simply by observing the Rules of Conduct and the User Agreement.
For your convenience, more information regarding our "Rules of Conduct","Conduct Breaches & Outcomes" and our policy on real-money trading are available at the URLs listed below.

I'm a trader, and people do open trades with you and show you stuff even without you shouting "WTBs". Is Anet trying to tell us that trading is forbidden? Open trades and you'll get banned if you receive gold.
What is this bullshit? Regina care to comment? If GMs are so lazy to even do a check on the logs when its clearly stated in my reply to them that I RETURNED the gold, why are they even there in the first place? A bot will do.
