A Chef that prepares you delitefull exotique cuisine.
A SPA with sauna and massages.
A sword and a axe sharpening sevices.
A shield polishing service.
A dry cleaner for all kind of armor (would charge extra for elite armor).
A mini-pet groomer.

Hm... in GW1? NO. No reason to.
In GW2? If characters can swim, why not? As long as they are lore-wise, like ponds, river deep pools, natural pools, spring waters, hot springs and the like... all part of the Guild Hall or build-able if yu pay with materials and such.
