The Tysan Clan is looking for mature people for our Guild Wars division. We are fairly new to Guild Wars, though we have been around since 1997 in various other games, mostly on Battle.net. We accept members of all experience levels, and we primarily focus on having fun.

What are we looking for in new members?
Maturity: while we have no real age requirement, we do expect you to behave properly. Immature behavior is an excellent way to get expelled from Tysan Perspective: we are known for not taking ourselves too seriously. While we do enjoy improving our own skills, and in fact strive to do so, it is not our primary goal. We play because we want to have fun - we have no need to prove ourselves to others, and frankly don't care what they think Activity: we have an active forum community, and a very elaborate website. Since we are a rather small clan, we require quite a bit of initiative from our members. We require you to participate as much as you are able, though we are very well aware that you also have a personal life, and we will not interfere with it. Humor: we are a crazy bunch, with a lot of traditions outsiders may find insane, but we keep alive regardless. If you can't appreciate these things, you're better off somewhere else. Commitment: I have been a member of Tysan for over 6 years, and some of our members have been with the clan from the start. While we will not pressure you to do anything, many of our members stay with us for a long time - and even those that leave have a tendency to come back later.
What do we have to offerOne of the most advanced clan websites on the web. Go to http://www.tysanclan.com to check it out
  • A Ventrilo server. Suppose you want to talk rather than chat? We have the means to do so A crazy but very friendly group of people to play with The promise of being around for a long time. We've been here for 10 years, we're not going anywhere A guild emblem/cape that relates to our history, and does not try to be "kewl" like so many others A guild hall (Imperial Isle) for you to visit - though we haven't fully stocked it yet
    So how do you join?
Contact one of our in-game officers, they will help you through the process of creating a trial account. You can do so yourself on our website, but for Guild Wars we do not recommend it. You can contact Thalendor Thrax, Elvok Longbow or Prospero Valheart (me) for more information.
