Do you think that Soul Reaping is underpowered in PvE?

I'd love to add a poll - but it's members only thingy.
Hopefully it can be added later.

SR underwent some massive changes and in the end the players were left with the option that was pushed from the start BUT we were also left with all the extra baggage that happened in between.

Simple question:
Do you think that Soul Reaping is underpowered in PvE and does it need to be buffed?Yes

Would I like a buff in PvE? Yes.

I still have unlimited energy, but during those rifts in the 15 second period, I lose alot of it, and I want it back, but it doesn't come back, so I cry.

Just kidding.

Underpowered? Hell no.
Soul Reaping is fine.

Having an effective 10 energy regen is enough for me.

^^judging from comments so far, it's not working.

It's not underpowered. guaranteed 10e per death at 10 SR, on top of normal regen, is nice to look at on the energy bar. Considering how fast a necro makes things die, I never have energy issues.

No, I always get the 3 triggers and never run out of energy.

Soul reaping is fine as it is. Never had any problems while playing necro in PvE.

SR is fine the way it is. It rules, in fact. I think most everyone who plays a Necro would agree.

Upier - are you toying with us?

The nerf to soul to 3 times in 15 secs was, I thought, one of the better nerfs there was. I play a nec (and usually only a nec) so it did have an impact on my game. Underpowered--no. Would I like to get energy from everything like we used to (and all the time)--sure. If your running out of energy constantly as a nec, either you don't know how to play it or you need to add some runes, insigs and raise that soul attribute up a little.

I know what you're implying, but Anet devs communicated that the SR nerf was for PvE (specifically Hard Mode) too. Too bad they completely gave up on PvE balance since EotN.

The only thing they could possibly do to make it almost useless would be to make minions not give soul reaping benefit, though it would not be COMPLETELY useless, it would be a bad day for the necromancer.

My Necromancer hasn't been complaining about mana ever.
Soul Reaping is working fine in PvP and PvE atm.

Coolest primary in game, imo. I hardly ever have energy issues with my necro.

nec/rit healers = infinite heal if you kill fast enough. SR is overpowered in certain situations, it certainly doesn't need a buff.
