Is Kamadan in Game of the Year Edition?

I have the Game Of The Year Edition of Guild Wars and cannot find Kamadan. Is Kamadan even in the Game Of The Year Edition?

the game of the year is the prophecies chapter. so no kamadan

To explain, each game is a different chapter. Each chapter opens up a different continent.
Phrophecies has the contient of Tyria.
Factions has the contient of Cantha.
Nightfall has the contient of Elona.

You bought Prophecies, game of the year edition. That is in Tyria. Kamadon is in Elona.
There is nothing "special" about Kamadon that you are missing out on. Each of the three games has one "main" city, which is the hub of trading and where certain quests to get from one game to the other are.
The equivalent of Kamadon for Prophecies is the city Lion's Arch.

Kamadan is useful because there is more stuff to trade there (easier to get to so more low level item mules) but that doesn't really matter at this point...

the game of the year is prophecies.. For Kamadan you will have to buy Nightfall.
