I'm all against it; it turns RA into TA, and FA (and to a lesser extent JQ) into AB. I would, under normal circumstances, happily accept a loss but going into FA and losing to a Kurzick team that was 7/8 from the same guild is just not... right.
My question is whether or not it's a breach of anything? If not, is it considered an exploit? Is anything going to be done about it? After all, it unjustly provides an advantage to a team that SHOULDN'T exist in the first place.
