HawkofStorms Hall Hero E/Joined Aug 2005Apr 14, 2008 at 5:41 PM • #6Archane echo can not be used. Signets are not spells (ie, backfire won't do damage to you, etc). HCT and HSR is spells only. So no signets again. Echo COULD be used, but it sounds like your elite slot is being use already for your build.
