WTB q7 and q8 tactics shields

Ok there fellas, I'm looking for either req, NO HIGHER shield, skin is of no importance, but will pay more for rare. I would prefer inscribable, but as its not always possible (q7) +30 is a must, the other mod would be preferably +10 vs something, or 20% reduction of something.

Sorry for the ambiguity, but I need lots of low armor shields for lots of situations. Pm me in game, or post here if you have any help, thanks alot everyone.
