PC on 2 req 8 tactics shields

well title says it all, the part that i need help is:

they are both blue but with max armor, and they also have inscription slot...

btw the skins are a skeletal shield and an aegis (aka shield of the wing).

would appreciate some help here, ty in advance

~10-15k ea, as they are fairly common skins...
