Can't get GW to even start

Hey I was just wondering if anyone has/had or knows about this problem. I was just playing GW today and all of a sudden my GW crashed and now I can't even start up gw anymore. Everytime I do, it crashes and gives me some error message. I can't even get onto the log in screen
It says the crash exception is c000001d. Not sure if that is relevant or not.

Any help is appreciated.

Reinstall and your issue should go away. You can also copy the dat file to another directory or just rename it and do the reinstall so you don't have to redownload everything. However, if you still encounter the issue, you'll need to download a new dat file.
