I have 2 req 8 chaos axe, old school no insc...

first one perfect 15 above how 99% ppls want...

second req 8 too but without any damage mod...

15> - 100k+20-30e
no dmg mod - ~5-10k/merch

#1 100k+35e range

#2 id merch it, but you could costumise it, equip a hero etc

aggreed customizing or merch is best at 2
