The Biggyverse [PLEB] LF more HA players

Background info:
The Biggyverse [PLEB] is primarily a GvG-oriented guild based on European timezones (specifically GMT+0), and will continue to exist in this format. However, there are quite a few of us that would like to be able to venture into HA more often as a guild (as pugging is not an enjoyable experience 99% of the time). Therefore we are looking to expand our core HA team. Our current ranks range from 6-11, mostly in the 7-8 range though. Once we have a few more active HA-based players we will be able to organise Guild-HA teams on a more regular basis.

PLEB offers a friendly and relaxed environment, with PvP occurring regularly. Most of our players have known each other for a long time, and get along well with one another. Outside of the game we communicate via our forum, and on our vent server. We are currently in a PvP alliance , led by Guy In Real Life [GIRL] (a recently reformed Daze of Defeat [DoD]).

Disclaimer:
As a GvG guild we do already have a core set of players that have played regularly together for a long time. Whilst we may ask newer players to play on occasions, if you join as an HA recruit, don't expect to be playing GvG on a regular basis. Just something to bear in mind, as our HA and GvG playing cores will likely overlap.

The kind of requirements we are looking for include, but are not limited to, the following:
r6+ Hero. We all know rank means very little in terms of skill. Unfortunately it is the only way we can assess your ability and experience with HA before we get to know you (Some of our longer-lasting members or GvG-core may be below this requirement. We know they are good players, and this is not your problem, so feel free to not complain "OMGZ I HURD DIS WAS R7+++++ GILD!!??". Thanks.) Vent+Mic ("I can just listen" is not acceptable, we need you to communicate) Following on from last point: The ability to communicate effectively. Callers don't like to have to spoon-feed their team. It's ok to ask questions. We'd much prefer you to ask than to go into HA with a bar you don't understand and play it badly. Rage-free. We are a very friendly and relaxed guild, we don't need players that will bring QQ drama. A positive attitude. If things go wrong, shit happens, then the last thing we need is negativity. 16+ years old and a relatively mature attitude. When we go out as a guild we have fun and don't want that dampened by flaming in local chat and general immaturity. Have fun, but don't be a **** about it. UAX or at least the ability to unlock without prior notice.
