Perfect Weapons?

Ok I am new so I need this explained to me what makes a perfect weapon perfect

Perfect weapons are weapons that are max damage and have perfect upgrades.

Max damage are:
Sword 15-22
Axe 6-28
Hammer 19-35
Bow 15-28
Staves 11-22

Perfect upgrades that makes weapons perfect are ones that are max also.
For example the max health upgrade you can get is 30. 29 is almost perfect.

Armor penetration upgrade (sundering) is max at 10, so a 10/10 is perfect while 10/9 is almost perfect.

Max stats that fit the need for the job. FYI, there is no single "perfect weapon". There are very good weapons for general purposes, and may be used often, but I find myself switching between weapons depending on what I am doing. One example is the razorstone vs. my chaos axe. I use razorstone for pvp, and I use my chaos axe for running since I put the +20% enchant mod on it. I know good rangers switch between bows, often during battle, during pvp depending on the situation (one example would be a barrage and vamp bow combo on a group of enemy's vs. a drago's flatbow for plinking a single enemy from a distance).

Also, playing style comes into play as well. MOST of the time the greens are gonig to have great stats that you will find "perfect." However, there are some kick --- gold items that you may prefer over the greens. It's all about what you're looking for.
