never called in with the customer service, but my experience with customer services is that they are always crap. called in on MSI customers service, cause of a common problem with the 9600GT(reboting/black screen). that idiot blamed my mobo for not supporting pcie 2.0 while later on the internet i read you just need to underclock the shader a little bit. |

XPS range for example. Solid as a rock. Have dedicated support if something does go wrong. Same goes for Alienware and Voodoo. I've heard bad thing about CyberpowerPC also, but as it is with the interent people only ever post the negative reports. I'm certain Cyberpower has far more happy customers then unhappy ones. Those that are unhappy tend to shout more then those that are not. A little bit of research never hurts. |
