Lol. Wouldn't it be easier to hire botters so they can give you your share in their $ from in-game items? And do I have to remind you, A.Net, that games with ,,pay for better items'' are not very popular? Good Dungeon Runners, bad Fury, average GunZ. None of them are popular, right?

I wonder what they'll tell us if this will come to Guild Wars. That they are trying to get rid of bots by giving us better items for $? Or that it will make people with less time able to be as good as people with a lot of time, like in Fury?

In related news, some games have different expectations and rules than others.

In even more news, this feature was intentionally built into Exteel - a Korean game played primarily in a region where RMT is not only widely accepted by the playerbase, but seen as the norm - from the very beginning, whereas other games have not been built with this sort of system in mind.

My first impression, isn't this similar to ebay gold? You're using real life money to buy in-game stuff. The trade-ins for these coins would likely be items similar to the BMP items, exclusive to using the coins.

Nobody said it would be. And Exteel is a free game. This is how they make money on it. There is absolutely no relevant comparison here that could possibly be used to make any sort of conclusion or reasonable speculation about Guild Wars.
