Hey i have been searching around these forums for some time to find an ele Nahpui quarter build.
Does someone have one?
If this isn't possible a monk build is okay too

You mean build to farm feathers?
I use this on 55 necro [build=OANEQcjO+HVPAS8GoCdDuPIPIGA]. Works on monk too. You need to hide behind wall while killing the healers though, so nightmare weapon doesnt hit you.

Add aura of Restoration/Glyph of Restoration if you still take damage.
