Glob of Ectoplasm drop rates> recalculate.

Provide which farm:

Ele, earth.
Ele, fire.
Ele,mindblades.
warrior/rit
dervish
dual 600/smite
55/necro

Or anything else just say what one and a screenshot of the ectos dropped or if the screenshot isnt possible, dont lie.

I use a/e shadow form nuker.
I usually get about 1 ecto /per but other runs i dont get any, on avarge i get a single ecto every 2/3 runs, only rarely i get more than one.

W/Rt. 1-2 ecto average 12 min run and like 1/5 dry run. I find that if you try not to kill a large amount of smites in a small period of time you get more loot/ecto.

i can provide alot of infomation on 55-SS duo.

But it's not in your list, would you still like the infomation?

To the OP:
W/Rt, I usually get 1-2 ecto's/run. I rarely get 0 or more than 2 though.

heh thanks for clearing it up. People normally refer to it as "55/SS" but that also applys to another. i'll screen shot my runs from now on.

Ele, mindblades -> 6-11 ectos per run. (if clearing smites + mindblades)

12 minute runs...

On average I get 1.5 ectos per run, but I get fuc*ed all the time by nightmares so it averages to 1.2~...

On a good day with maybe, 5 hours of farming I make 110k~.

i have had good success with it averaging 0-2 ectos per run.
i will update this post with further runs that i do.
(note i just uploaded that build to pvx last night so its still in testing)

Ok First Edit of the day
Did 10 UW Smite runs, killing ALL smites (double checked) and got 12 ectos which i thought was reasonable although 3 dropped in one run.

at what point did it make sense that the build effected the number of ecto drops???

the build just determines efficency and where you can farm.


anyway...... for me i use E/Mo SH ele. Run takes me around 12min and i get an ecto every 2-3 runs

600 smite 2 human team. all ectos dropped to 600 player.

run 1

1 ecto dropped from ~ 20 aatxes (run ended before ice wastes)

run 2

1ecto from ~ 24 aatxes
2 ectos from ~ 25 smites

no ectos and not many drops period from ~ 45 terrorwebs

600/Smite HM

Usually get about 2-5 ecto every run isnt that bad

clear smite, aaxtes and graspings.

Personally i dont think profession matters.Ive been in a 4 man team with 600/smite 2xss and we did approx 90% clearout with 6/10 quests done - and in all had about 13 ectos drop between us - cant say if others with large teams have had same as this was a chance run and we decided to see how efficent we were at getting past bohemoths and first time we had mindblades and the poor 600 had hell - if your gonna do Uw read the Uw post beforehand as its damn usefull for those new to exploring Uw.
We also did a 3 man team 600/smite with ss and did chaos planes first but sadly screwed up nr ice planes but still netted about 8 ectos between us ( 2+3+3).

I still see it as how many ecto dropper types gone for as well as team size - smite runs are 2% but runs going for the others as well do add up more .. 2%+4%+x%+X% meaning each % for that type not added up totally ( sorry but i feel someone will add them up by accident )

i go mo/w using SoJ can clear aatxes, smites and graspings.

2-4 on average. Lowest was 0 highest 6

Full team 9 missions finished abut max is 4 ectos
