SS Bounty in Istan in HM

My NF character's attrib point got messed up because I quickly levelled it up to 20 without doing anything in NF. Then, I realized that I am missing 30 attrib points so I went back to NF raise my SS Rank. But, the NPC in the shrine do not give bounty anymore.

Now, when I read in WIKI, it says that the last 2 ranks is only obtainable in HM so I thought maybe I can still get bounty in Istan in HM.

Is that possible? (Im currently in the office so I can't verify if it is possible)

You won't get those attribute points by SS ranks. You get them by talking to the SS officer in Great Sunspear Hall. He will give one quest that requires reaching r3 SS for 15 points, and one to get to r5 for the other 15.

If your level 20, the scouts in Issnur Isles and Mehtani Key's will still provide you with their bounties up till you reach 1,000 Sunspear points. At least they do for foreign characters, so they should be able to do it for lvl 20 NF character's as well.

Hard Mode should allow you to use all scounts for bounties, but I can't say for 100% that is so.

also, as stated - you get the attribute points by talking to a npc in the Sunspear Great Hall when you get SS r3 & r5.

Ah okay. I haven't been to any other places in NF with this character (have not done the secondary prof quest). Thanks. If the npc in shrine will offer bounty on hm, that'll be great. I hope someone will confirm this.
