going from Eotn to another campaign

Once your level 10 in NF a earthquake opens the story line for Eoftn is there a way to go back into the other campaigns?

Going to EotN doesn't break anything in the storyline of the other campaigns.
Just travel back and continue where you left.

How *do* you do that, anyways, for Factions and Nightfall? With Prophecies + EotN, you can just map travel back and forth... (I don't have F/NF - yet - but it'd still be worth knowing)

If you don't have Prophecies you still get the Tyria Map once you travel to EotN, you just can't travel to most parts.

type M and hit the little ship icon....it should offer you places to travel

It's funny how many people are unaware of that. It's certainly not made very clear how it's done.
As Cosy said, just hit M for the map screen and look for the little ship icon. It appears off the coast of Lion's Arch, Kamadan and Kaineng City. It allows travel between those three towns and also Great Temple of Balthasar.

I suppose I should've added "...without having to go back to (and forth from) Kamadan/Kaineng and then to where ever it was you actually wanted to be."

lions arch, kamadan and kaneing are the 3 cities that are connected to the rest of the game.....after you travel by the boat via M those are your choices for the appropriate chapters---there is NO other way to get from say the eye of the north to the kodash bazaar without first going thru kamandan.....
