The Redeemer is a profession that specializes in revenge and motivation through anger, the Redeemer is short tempered and not something you want to mess with. The Redeemer will always be a useful part of the team, and a threat to the other team.
A brave and short-tempered hero who uses anger and revenge to harm foes and protect allies
Attributes:
Revenge (Primary): For each rank in Revenge, you gain 1 energy for every 80 damage you take, and 4 health for every 5 seconds while under 50% health.
Rage: No inherit effect, many skills that include dealing damage and preventing damage, become more effective with higher Rage.
Prevention: No inherit effect, many skills that include preventing damage and gaining health, become more effective with higher Prevention.
Showoff: Whenever a foe within earshot gets below 20% health you gain 5 energy. Many skills that include gaining energy and taunting foes, become more effective with higher Showoff.

Rage:
"How dare you!" The next time you take damage from a foe, that foe suffers from weakness for the next 4...12...15 seconds.
Energy: 10
Activation: 1 seconds
Recharge: 25 seconds
"You call that a hit?" The next time target foe hits with an attack, that attack is reduced by 8...22...28 damage.
Energy: 5
Activation: 3/4 seconds
Recharge: 12 seconds
Prevention:
"As if!" The next time you take damage from an attack, that attack is reduced by 20...70...85 damage.
Energy: 5
Activation: 2 seconds
Recharge: 8 seconds
Showoff:
Gloat: If target foe's health is below 50%, you gain 5 energy and 15...40...52
Energy: 10
Activation: 1/4 seconds
Recharge: 15 seconds
Revenge:
"Not quick enough!" The next time target allies health drops below 50%, that ally is health for 25...70...90 health.
Energy: 15
Activation: 1/4 seconds
Recharge: 6 seconds
Armor: 15...70
Energy: 30 >>>> (base)
Health: 100...520 (base)
Armor bonuses:
Torso: +5 energy
Legs: +20 Health
As you can see the Redeemer is a witty character that uses its own anger as moral. The Redeemer is... a pessimist.

Take into consideration the paragon... a mix between a warrior and a ranger, and the Ritualist, a monk and a necromancer. There are lots of pre-existing variations that are actually IN the game, so don't go complaining about this one.

Paragons are simply the "Lets steal the Warriors tactics attribute" profession... Please give Warriors back what the rightfully own and more. Let teh Warriors chuck spears and shout the shouts!

Blehh, UT redeemer is just a gimmic, WTB T2(red musquito mod) widowmaker now there's a tactical nuke you had some uses for.
(especially as the gun didn't fire far enough to put you outside of the blast range, unless you where on a hill )

why not, you ask? Because it's ridiculously overpowered; it has two lines that give extra benefits. The paragon is broken as it is, it doesn't need to be broken harder.

as for the class, looks like a class meant for seconday, but not much (from your skill examples) for a primary class.

This class is already a embedded part of the game. Have you played monk? You generate anger from people going on an agroing spree.
