Got it in a dungeon chest, thought it was crap, didn't even know it was a new skin until Guildies told me. Despite the req13, they said it might still be worth something. Any ideas?

people advertise to buy any req Frog Scepters every day in Kamadan - high req, but you should still be able to ask and even get 50k-60k for it...

30-50k imo.... r13 water may be hard to sell.... could go higher though, still not too many and super popular
