P/C on rare Azure Recurve Bow and Vabbian Scimitar.

I have a

Req. 10 Vamperic Recurve Bow of Enchanting.
Everything is perfect and it is a 15^while in stance.

Req. 9 Zealous Vabbian Scimitar Of Defense.
Everything is perfect and 15^50.

Azure aren't all that rare - about 10k if inscriptable imo

I'd salvage the mods on the Scimitar and sell it for 6k range
