Ritualist solo raptor nestlings

This is my first guide and build, so be gentle with it. This build is able to kill all the raptors in the cave except the boss (can take the boss group) in normal mode. The build is good for farming event items and dyes. Few golds drop also. You also get some asuran reputation. One run takes around 1min and 20sec.

The Build:

Rit/Ele

12 Earth Magic
12 Restoration Magic

Tranquil Was Tanasen
Stoneflesh Aura
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Crystal Wave / Teinai’s Crystals
Aftershock
Light of Deldrimore
Magnetic Aura
Mindbender

Equipment:
Any max armor with +energy
Weapon doesn’t matter cause you are holding a item.

Usage:
Start from Rata Sum, zone to Riven Earth, take the bounty and walk to the cave entrance. Cast Mindbender and 1. agro everything (harder) or only agro other 2. groups except boss group (easier).

1. Before you stop running cast Tranquil Was Tanasen followed with Stoneflesh Aura. Wait for the raptors to ball around you and then start your attack chain: GoLE, Crystal Wave, Aftershock and Light of Deldrimore. Every thing should be dead, if done correctly. Pick upp the loot and wait for your skills to recharge. Now agro the boss group and cast Tranquil Was Tanasen, Stoneflesh Aura and Magnetic Aura. Then start the attack chain. Everything except the boss should be death. Pick upp rest of the loot and resgin/map out.

2. Before you stop running cast Tranquil Was Tanasen, Stoneflesh Aura followed with Magnetic Aura. Wait for the raptors to ball around you and then start your attack chain: GoLE, Crystal Wave, Aftershock and Light of Deldrimore. Every thing should be dead, except the boss. Pick upp the loot and resgin/map out.

NM farming has been obsolete for a year now...(besides UW/FoW)

whas experimenting with geo rit myself but this isn't realy it :P

I built a W/E for NM raptor farming and I really beg to differ on it not being worthwhile.4 Black dyes 3 White Dyes 7Silver dyes 8 Red Dyes 4 Blue Dyes 34 Gold items(pack of 7 unid=5k).This is after about 6 solid run sessions(roughly an hour each).Also this is not counting Purples n Blues or White drops.NM Raptor farming might not be dropping Ele Swords,but it is a FAR CRY from useless.At a 1-1.5 mins a run this can be very lucrative gold wise to those of us that need gold.

Ill farm raptors in NM only during special event drop weekends as the OP says. I prefer HM for better loot though.

As said in the guide text it special good at farming event items. And it ain't that bad even if it's nm, you get a lot of dyes and lockpicks.
