nEED HELP PLZ

i KNOW THIS ISN'T THE RIGHT SPOT TO POST THIS BUT IT WAS THE CLOSEST TOPIC I COULD FIND. i NEED HELP GETTING LEN CAULDERON TO GIVE ME THE QUEST BENEATH LIONS ARCH. i HAVE EYE OF THE NORTH CAMPAIGN, i'AM LVL 20 AND ON THE FIRE ISLES MISSION QUESTS. wHAT COULD BE PREVENTING ME FROM GETTING THIS QUEST? aNY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATTED.

1) If you know it isn't the right spot, don't make the thread (it will be closed anyways).
2) Fix your cap locks button.

He's in Lion's Arch. A 5 second search on guildwiki gave me the answer; I don't see how you couldn't have done the same? Plus they should mention him everytime you bring your character to Lion's Arch.
*Edit : Re-read your post. If you can't get the quest from him, it would mean you aren't level 10 yet to get the quest I assume, or that you didn't activate EotN yet on your account. If it's not the case, contact support.
