I ascended, Proph. character, did all secondary quest, and I receive the Hero's Journey quest but, i never go the other quest to get my 15 point attributes. Please help me. Thank you very much.

Most likely, you havent done a secondary profession quest yet. If that is the case, go complete one then you should be able to pick up the quest. For more info check:

from the Vinny or some chick in drok next to storage right?... should be there. There has to be something you are overlooking... i haven't heard of anyone having this problem. By the way did you remember to secondary profession change change quest and change your secondary?

I did, I was an E/Mo and I changed to an E/Me and nothing happened.

Perhaps it is bugged. You should only have to complete one quest, and actually changing your secondary is not required. I did it for the umpteenth time over the weekend with my latest Mo/Me and got the second quest from Vanyi for the 15 attribute points. I've done that at least a dozen times, one quest of three, no profession change.
Did you do the first 15 point attribute quest (forget the name of it) in the Crystal Desert? I think you have to complete that one first. Not sure, but I always did.
