Is URSAN Overpowered?

Hey!
Im Royal.
Im created this thread becouse a skill, call it Ursan, is only messing with ppls.
There is many place where you can earn money, for example, UW and FoW Runs, Domain of Anugish, andsome andsome.
These days no one can farm without Ursan. Why? Ppls who have got no eotn, cant farm anymore!
Anyway, if you have r8-10 Norn title rank, you can farm in Doa, Fow, etc.
Its okay. Get this mess skill and make a joke about the game.
Olafstead is a popular place to get higher Norn title.
What you see? "LFP Rank 7+ Ursans HM Norn Farm!"
Okay, so if you are only at rank 6 or less, you cant get more points in this way.
What the f***? Nah, nerf the other good old skills, for example, "Watch Yourself!"

I mean there is a skill, which messed up the core game!
It needs nerf! -4 energy degen or somethign else, but every smart gamer knows it.You dont belive it? Trust me.
Try to make a party with the local ppls without Ursan...no chance.
