You need those 3 things.

Instead of doing the The <a profession> Path you can also buy a second profession, another one then the one you selected in Pre-searing.

Talk to Vanyi with a secondary profession different to your first secondary for that character.

I did there is no quest in the log and i switched many of times and the quest never showed up.

This is the quest given to you by Vanyi right? After you completed the path quest, you re-talk to Vanyi and she gives you another quest to find someone at Cooperhead Mines.
Since you said you have ascended in Augry Rock, beaten Dragon's Lair, and completed one of the path quests, and you are a Prophecies character... I think that is all you need.
Maybe a bug for that arena week-end thing. After that event is over, maybe it will work. I know from time to time, somethings go buggy with a special event week-end.

Yea, well initially I thought I had to get all secondary quest so I do them all anyway on every character I have. I done the Hero's Journey quest and then I did 3 secondary quest then changed to E/W (started as E/Mo) and the quest never showed up.
