Password & PlayNC account

Hello folks !

I stopped playing GW a looong time ago, but I'd like to play again.

One problem is, I can't remember my @%!!?à& password.

But the REAL problem is when I'm trying to "reset" the password. They want me to fill some form about a "PlayNC account" ... but as an "old" player, I don't have one ! I used to login with my e-mail address and that was all.

How can I get my password back ? Do I have to create a PlayNC account and then kind of "merge" it with my old "e-mail only" account ?

I'm sorry to tell you, but changing/reseting your password in guildwars is next to impossible with plaync. Theres a 99% chance your never playing again.

I'd say...support, I'm not sure what they mean with the PlayNC account form or w/e, but don't you have a little card with an activation code on it?
Maybe they mean that...Not sure it all.

If theres nothing you can do.

Sit on a conftrable sofa, get some redbull, and try and remember your pasword.

I had to do that when i came back from my GW Break.
