Mysterious cape

I saw this cape 2 times now. I cant find it anywhere, and i cant make it at the Guild Embler... Kinda strange i say.. Just wondering what this cape is? Or am i just a retard and cant find it ?
Well, a few friends of mine cant find it too... soo... it is kinda mysterious cape.



What confuse me is the japanse/chinse thinggy at the left... Those, things, i cant find it... And before anyone ask, i am not using texmod or something

its a normal cape, the symbol is one below and 3 to the right of the blank symbol

It probably just means "long cheese" or something. A lot of times when people use asian characters together, the word or phrase they form makes no sense. Asians do it with our alphabet too.

Really? thats quite interesing, cant see the latin alphabet being that interesting...

Hmm then again their alphabet probaly remind them of reports and homework and the like...
