Can't unlock +AR vs. [dmg type] inscriptions in PvP

I can't unlock any +AR vs. [dmg type] inscriptions in PvP. Are they only for players who have Nightfall? Thanks in advance.

I somehow got them automatically O_O. I only have Prophecies and Factions.

unlocks were retroactive when they implemented it. i had all the inscriptions already unlocked when it came out.

Sir Tidus, what do you see listed in the Priest of Balthazar for the inscriptions? do you not see them listed there or just not max ones? If you don't see max ones, you'll have to unlock the lower ones first from the Priest or ID an item with a max inscription on it.

I don't see them period.

Those who don't have Nightfall should get them automatically, as with weapon inscriptions. Check to see if you don't already have them available in the equipment creation panel.

I don't. Even if I did, it should still be on the Priest's list and say unlocked. I only have 4 focus item inscriptions and 5 focus item/shield inscriptions on the list.

And for some reason, I have all the assassin and Ritualist armor insignias unlocked even though I don't have factions.

Does anyone know what's going on? Is there anyway that I can fix this? Is this a bug? I mean, is it possible for a bug to be for one account only?
