Anywho, I was just wondering how to capture a skill using signet of capture from another campaign. I was trying to build up a Shock Axe from Factions when I noticed on wiki that Eviscerate was from Prophecies or from GWEN. How do I get it now?

Eviscerate is found in both Prophecies(the continent is called Tyria btw) |
