When I got to a Priest of Balthazar, I only get a choice of 21 inscriptions to unlock, while Wiki shows over 50 inscriptions. What's going on? Do I have to unlock certain ones in order for the others to even appear? Also, some of those inscriptions are already unlocked to max even though I've never identified them or unlocked them before. Also, I have assassin and ritualist armor insignias unlocked even though I don't have Factions. Is this a bug or something? I'm getting seriously annoyed. Thanks in advance for anyone who inputs.
