PC on rare fire upgrade

I just salvaged this off a staff. Can I get a PC on it's value.

In all the time ive been playing Guildwars Ive never seen such an upgrade, as to its value ????????

yea lol I feel ya. I have been playing over 4 months and it is my first as well. I used a superior salvage kit on the staff that had it. the staff was worthless. it was req 12 curses and also had this fire on it and water magic also. talk about weird combo for a staff. If my elem didn't use ragos flame staff, I would use it myself.

still looking for a PC.

according to the weapon mod baseline pricing a perf 20% is 100k.... not sure if its true... i think that helped even a little bit
