seen a lot of req 9 sephis swords spammed in game for 5k. perfect salvage mods, try for ~5k
agree with GWEXTREEMFAN on dead sword. salvage, try for a few k if you're lucky. I've merched a number of req 9 dead swords due to lack of interest.

What's the inherent mod on the storm bow? If none, then salvage and merch.
