PC on Plagueborn shield and a few others

Greetings

A few items that I dont know what to do with, suggestions are highly appreciated, thanks!

1) r12 str plagueborn shield, gold, non-inscr. inspiration magic +1 (19%)

2) r12 Sickle (the nice skin), gold, inscr, 20/20, 15^50 +30

3) r8 (smiting) *blue* baneful scepter, insc. (11-21 damage)

4) r9 tactics gloom shield, non-insc, -5/19%

5) r13 Serrated spear, gold, insc, 20% enchants/ +5 energy (does req matter for casters?)

merch the smiting scepter not max
serrated per salvege 5k clean not sure tho

Salvage mods from Serrated and sickle then merch all. or 1-3k sickle and 1-3k srrated imo
