hello folks,im making an elementalist for the first time and i would really appreciate it if some of you guys could help me out with getting a good casual fire build for doing quests and missions, i have all campaigns available and if you want to contact me in-game my name is:leet ownageness

Before anyone jumps in with the "learn to use the search function" reply, let me put in my 2c 
If possible, use some spells which give burning as it gives good degen when your direct damage does not do the job. Your self-healing will be limited, but Aura of Restoration is still an option. Get Fire Attunement for some basic energy management and stay in the midline to backline - YOU ARE SQUISHY!!!!
Then just play about with setups until you get some elites and better e-management skills. Conventional wisdom would say that either a Searing Flames/Glowing Gaze or a Mind Blast/Rodgort's Invocation bar will ultimately be the best for general fire useage, but that's a bit away if you are starting out.
Take it slowly and above all - have fun
