Buying a Shield

Recently I came across someone selling a Skeleton Shield that had these stats:
Armor: 16 (req. 9 Tactics)
Heath +30
Inscription: "I Can See Clearly Now"
Reduces Blind duration on you by 20% (Stacking)

When I asked the person how much, he said that he will accept an offer in a couple of days (don't ask me why).
How much is that shield even worth?

You can look in the price check forums. Since its tactics I would personally pay maybe 5-8k for it.

It's a skeleton shield, they're common and not really desired. If he's asking for bids, move on. There are several people selling them, like here; search shows other threads as well.

Req 9 Insc Skelly Shield is worth ZERO.

The +30hp shield handle is worth a couple of k.

its not worth much maybe 5k w/o the +30hp mod at the most
