I bought one with the same mods for 20k the other day. Price has really come down.

IMO I don't think the price has gone down a lot I think you just got an awesome deal.

I would shoot for 25-30k Clean.

I sold mine rq10 insc a week or so ago for 20k in LA relatively fast.
