Whisper sound cue?

Anyway I can get an alarm in game that lets me know I received a whisper?

A lot of the time I need to study while selling stuff so it would be cool to have that.

When you first get one from someone, it'll usually make a sound, although that's not every time, if someone has a way, I'd love to know

I dunno if upping the sound effects makes the ping louder, never tried it.

I sometimes miss the ping from a whisper when I've minimized the GW window. It only plays when I max the window again.

There is a checkbox in the options--> Sound menu which says:
Mute when Guild Wars is in background.

Try unchecking it.

You get a ping when someone firsts whispers you, then replies are on and off, somtimes you do , sometimes you dont lol.
Also if you have highlighted the chat box (as in ready to type) I think it doesnt make a sound either.

Only option is to put your sound effects up??
