When I first saw Spirits Strength I thought it would go great with Brutal Weapon, which I had thought about implementing in acouple builds before. Then I remembered the condition on Brutal Weapon, so scratch that idea. But later on I came up with this idea:
[build=OAKjQyZc4QtSghPGriIb5izkXMA]
[build=OAKjQyZc4QtSwgPGriIbYHzkXMA]
It's 12+1+3 Spawning Power.
Pretty much the two R/Rt's maintain GDW on each other and keep up the Ebon Vanguard Ward and Favorable Winds. I just threw the attack skills and the Norn skill in there somewhat at random, so whatever you think should be there would be up to you. The resses would also be variable due to whatever you may prefer.
I don't have a Ritualist (anymore), so I can't really test out this build myself, but am still curious to see how it would work. Thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated (constructive criticism would be prefered)
Edit: Changed the builds to BigDave's suggestions, and fixed the first build to only have 3 PvE skills (thanks for catching that). Anymore suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
Rt/R PvE Idea

The build looks ok damage-wise, but do remember that in the first Rit you use 4 PvE only skills where 3 is the max. Furthermore, energy might become a bit iffy.
BigDave
Claudius is correct. The first build has 4 PvE only skills and speaking from experience a Rt/R SS build does run into energy problems if you spam everything. You have to pick your targets and know when not to use your skills. However, even regular hits with SS, etc.. up will still hit like a truck. In the first build i'd switch Triple Shot for either [dual shot] or [needling shot]. Dual will provide a bigger mini spike than needling, but 2 needlings (same energy cost as 1 dual) will do more damage and gives you the option to machine gun something to death providing you have the energy. I reckon needling will do around 120 damage per hit and dual will hit for around the 180-190 mark. I've hit needling for 151 using a similar build but without GDW and using Asuran Scan to up the damage. It's a very powerful attack skill if you can power it. Useful for taking down priority targets such as monks/eles.
You'll have to make sure you keep a close eye on the status of GDW though. If it goes down your damage will drop massively. I can imagine if you got used to running this with another person you could both pump out some serious damage and likely provide a lot of shut-down due the all the KD's going off.

I have run two GDW barrage rangers in a group myself, and just yesterday had a rit who did spirits strength/volley and I GDW'ed him. It is massive damage and AoE disruption. If you have 2 Spirits Strength rits, you just have to make very sure each is watching the other's weapon spells and puts it on ASAP when it goes off, otherwise spirits strength goes down as well.
Also, "I Am the Strongest!" isn't really needed, you might drop it for pain inverter or something if you find yourself running out of energy using I am the strongest constantly. As I haven't ran a SS/volley build myself, I can't tell you if you have much left over energy after casting GDW, and on the first the ward. Another good thing to consider putting in for I am the strongest! (or favourable winds in the second ranger) is triple shot, which will triple the bonus from your Spirits Strength, GDW, and the wards, and give you a very high chance of knockdown. A total of +150 armor ignoring damage along with the damage your base bow damage would do.
Also, if you are facing a boss you want to take down quick, replaceing Favourable Winds with Triple shot and I Am the Strongest! with Asuran Scan will let you deal something on the order of 300ish damage. Just something to consider.
EDIT: didn't notice second rit already had triple shot, thought they were both volley. You might consider putting Read the Wind or Rapid Fire in there.

Pyro maniac
imo primary ranger with barrage does it better. More knockdown
also a bit energy intensive w/o expertise

Pick Me
Too bad Great Dwarf Weapon can't be used on yourself.

Pick Me, read the OP again.
Anyway, Barrage does it better in my opinion, although wasting an elite slot, more targets being hit, almost equal +damage, and Expertise.

spirit of defeat
it will work, but team builds like this are anoying to use.
