1,2,3 - salvage off any sellable mods (20/20, +30, maybe zealous/furious/15^50) and try for a few k each for req 9. Fairly common skins.
4. salvage mods, 2-4k for req 9 clean. common skin
5. same as 4.
6. mods sum up to about 2k in total value, so probably not worth salvaging imo. I'd just try to sell as is for 2-5k (I love this skin but I've had a hard time selling it) unless you want the mods yourself or a fast 1-2k sale on the inscription.
