This isn't a farm, it's meant to complete City. It's probably not the best way to complete city. But it is with an ele tank, which I think is probably the funnest (all those 0s, -3s and slivers make me smile). It's relatively fast and fairly easy to do

Ok in general, to kill, you get agro, the melee will run out to you, then use SV and sliver, this'll pull out their Ki (monks). Then you stand beside the Ki, spam SV and Radiation (not sliver). Once they are dead, kill the melee. If you have pulled the group (stretch them out), the Tuk (ranger) have a longer range attack (the Rund have shortest). So run around group, Kill the Tuks (or keep one alive if you are clearing the Wall as they keep up QZ for you). Then Radiation the main group, and sliver when their health is low enough.

Walkthrough
Good start, 4 minutes for 1st 3 groups. Average is 5.
Gather All the groups together on this half of the doorway. Kill melee and Ki, and leave one Tuk alive, Kill the guys on the Wall. Then kill the group.
Use the groups on the other half of the doorway to kill guys on wall. Disable spirits on your heros and keep them back incase agro is broken.
For the doorway way. Gather all the groups you can, then pull them out of doorway I think there are 4 groups. Stretching them out (as is normal techinique) Kill melee and Ki,
then Tuk,
then soften up groups by spammin radiation,
when health is low enough hit sliver.
Now the doorway is cleared (20 minutes). By placing the Heros at the NPC you can gather up all the groups on this side of the doorway as one (1/2 hour). West of doorway/NPC) you'll have to do the 2 groups separate

For bosses, streatch em out pretty far, kill em...
and repeat, If you die, they might not run back to their spawn. If you send in the non-rebirth monk as if you were pulling them, it triggers them to run back.
The Lord is last, this is where you use the stance... Stand beside him and the Rund, use SV keep up stance, and radiation don't use sliver yet.
Once they are all dead, back up and sliver to death.

Tips
Clearing the wall is a pain, be aware if you pull a group too far it'll break agro and head back to your heroes.... Also when you are running out of QZ range, it's a good idea to before hand cast OF SA, the GoS so that you can cast OF to stop your self from running.
If your prot monk, casts QZ, then Healing monk casts QZ the Healing Monk will be able to maintain QZ (kickstart). So keep QZ disabled on the Prot, and everytime you cast OF check the box for Heal to QZ.
If QZ goes down no Worries, just GoS your OF, and keep up stoneflesh, meanwhile cast QZ on your Prot to kickstart QZ again...
