Including monitor. I don't need anything fancy, just 2+ gigs of RAM and a non-integrated graphics card.
And I'm NOT building it myself. I'd end up lighting my house on fire.
Can someone please point me to a decent Desktop in the $700 range?

With that said, here is a pretty good system.
If you are not looking for one with a monitor (because you already have one) then just go
here.
Good Luck,

I know this hit and miss but a cheap system would be to check out dell outlet. Granted, most are refurbished, but you can find the previously ordered new, which is practically new (the site better explains the difference between the two)
About 8 months ago I found an awesome deal there, I got a-
Dual Core AMD @ 2.3
2 gigs
Nvidia 256 mb (forgot number)
Windows Vista Home Prem
250 hard drive
It was previously ordered new, cost ~$450 after taxes, with a one year warranty. Have had no problems whatsoever with hardware (Vista issues like everyone else though, but not Dell's fault). I then later bought a nice 19" LCD flat screen from dell brand new for $200. All this is in your price range. Possibly even go cheaper and check www.tigerdirect.com for cheap LCD screens.
