Soloing Factions possible (build)?!

Hi,
I bought Factions when it was released 2 years ago, maxed 4 characters in 3 weeks and then moved on to Everquest 2, played it till last Novembre then quit online games for a while.

I pre-ordered Age of Conan, which will be released in less than a month. But, i would like to make a last run through Factions before i sink into AoC.

I don't think groups will be easy to find, especially that this expansion has been out for 2 years. So, i would like to run it solo ... is it even possible, if so, which build is the best to do it with, and which henchmen should i always choose, and finally, what's the strategy during battle for them.

note: i love MM build, as i played Necro since Diablo 2 in all games, is there a better build than N/Mo for a pure MM? N/Rt maybe?

note2: i don't have any campaign except Factions, so i'm bound by the skills in that campaign only.

Its EASY and Possible with henchs. You can Use MM then just 2 healer hench nec and ele henchs Ranger ritu and mesmer hench and its done with no time

When I completed Factions the first time (a month or two ago), I did it with a Rit with nothing unlocked. I don't think I even had an elite. I did have 60% penalty on some missions, but they were still completable. The only mission I could not "solo" by letting the henchmen do everything for me was Shiro. That cost me 4-6k if I recall correctly, and was done in a VERY short period of time.

The only thing I'd recommend specifically in a build is a recharging rez (Flesh of my Flesh, any of the monk rezzes, etc). Nothing worse than being the only one left alive with a burned rez signet and no other way to get your henchmen back into the fight.

A quick N/Rt MM build with only factions:

Might wanna pick up [Animate Vampiric Horror] or [Animate Bone Fiend] in place of [Animate Flesh Golem] until you cap it.

I find it fun to look at wiki and find out about the mission before I do it and then tailor a build to match it to make it quick and easy. You might wanna get nightfall if you dont have it already or even eotn since they have heros that make it a lot easier!

I can't buy Nightfall right now, AoC is just 2.5 weeks from release, i just wanted to take a quick last run in Factions with a fun class. So far the N/Mo build is working, but we'll see when i reach level 20 .

you shouldn't really have any problems with shiro as a necro though.
just cap spoil victor as you're going thru factions.

so yeah...as long as you're a decently experienced player with a decent sense of what you're doing, factions really isn't that hard.
