if it aint worth anything what if i prefect the 2 19 mods?

its normally not a good idea to add mods simply to increase the sales value. Mainly because the price of mods are static for the most part. Adding them will simply add the exact cost of the mods to the weapon.

To give you an Idea a A Perfect "Forget Me Not" inscription will run you 15-20k.

With that said you may find a buyer with these near perfect mods.
