if posted before sorry but need help for a customer on...

hi...just been running someone through GWEN for money - I'm a servicemen (go on flame ^^)

and whenever we entered a mission (bloodstone,etc.) he got a message saying: you have completed so and so out of order so therefore he cannot receive the reward...

and he has done every quest up until that point - all quests / req quests for the missions - not just riding on me having already done them...so I'm asking?

is there a way for him to receive the mission rewards? or has his thing just bugged out? (really unsure as its not me personally)

or is this something that I am un-aware of like him maybe not having done something or spoke to someone??

according to him he has dont everything up until that stage with all quests / reqs updated / done???

any help available????

did you/he do the steps leading up to the dungeons eg finding the ettins in sparkfly swamp?

Most likely he forgot the award-it's easy to do when getting ran someplace.
