Hells Precipice Reward?

^^ What does this mean? E.g. what is the live update & what is the reward (if anybody knows)? Apparently it's meant to start today, but I don't want to go ahead & complete HP again only to find out it hasn't begun yet.

To commemorate the third anniversary of Guild Wars, players who complete Hell's Precipice (the final mission of the original campaign) will receive a Deldrimor Talisman. This end-game trophy can be exchanged for one of the new Deldrimor weapons.

As an early anniversary present, we'll open up this special end-game addition on Thursday, April 24 after the live update. Even if you've already completed the campaign, replay the Hell's Precipice mission to receive your due reward.

And last but not least, what is a Deldrimor Weapon? Is it a destroyer weapon?

And last but not least, what is a Deldrimor Weapon? Is it a destroyer weapon?
It means that an update is on the way later today. And i would guess the Deldrimor Weapons are the weapons that are next to the passage you quoted.

In regards to the above post, can you only get a reward once, or can it be done over & over on the same character?

this was just a great addon to the end of the first game, most like the others youll get and endgame item to trade for an especific endgame green, hpefully we should get and endgame area too, was too much to hoep for a endgame armor too lol, but its awesome already

you can only get it once per character, just like all end game items.

new end game armor would be cool, but judging by the way they just reskinned other armors and put them in GW:EN, i think they're out of armor ideas.

I just did it, right after the finish i get a "a new build is available please restart" message. hopefully this is it. But meh, i endured doing the mission with a group comprised mostly of complete idiots...

OK apparently my guild has been trying but when they complete HP (even after the update) they still get nothing

Is there anything special we need to do?

Also, according to my guild members, when they complete it they just get teleported back to Hell's instead of Droks.

I know it says 24th on the website, but it most likely not GMT-0, but more like -7 or -8 or whatever they are over where there office's are. So there is a good chance us Europeans will have to wait longer

They make it sound similar to the Divine Path after beating Shiro, a whole new area after Hell's Precipice, and not that we'd get sent back to Hell or Drok's. Either they're sorting a glitch, or it really doesn't start until noon on Friday? The time the rest of the event starts?

Just did it, no reward, we have to do bonus too and in HM?

Flash of droks before getting transported bk to HP.

For access to the end-game areas in Factions and Nightfall, one didn't have to beat the game in HM though.
