Lucky/Unlucky question..

Now I've read the wiki and I've searched but I can't find anything on it, wiki just confused me even more so I'm hopeing for the answer straight up. I want to spend as little money as I can but by the end of the Third Birthday event I want Rank3 Unlucky and Lucky at the moment they're only 1/10 of the way to Rank1 on each what would be the best way to get Rank3 on both but spend as little money as possible? Help and advice would be greatly appriciated I only have 300k to spend I don't know if that will be enough though.

The cheapest way to get ranks 3 and 3 is 63 hours of Nine Rings on the corner + 46 hours of Rings of Fortune. Average time = ~109 hours. Average cost = ~224k

So which do you value more? 7 hours or 85k?
