I dunno whether to use this for PvE or PvP but I was running around with 5 basic skills earlier (rest were cap sigs) and figured "hey I could epidemic this"
[Blinding Surge][Enervating Charge][Shell Shock][Glyph of Swiftness][Air Attunement][Epidemic][no skill][no skill]
And that's about how far I got thinking about it. Talk amongst yourselves. Please don't immediately refer to some PvX blinding surge build unless it's completely unavoidable.

i'd prolly take [glyph of [email protected]] for more dmg
that and/or [[email protected]]
takin both mite spread out attribs far...but u dun really need that much energy storage anyways...
air 12+1+1
fire 7+1
es 8+1
illusion 8
i dun think he'll run into energy probs wit 10en spells every 3s and 8s to require gole
unless he brings orb or another dmg spell
cuz spamming bsurge isnt exactly teh best dmg output

but if u look on his bar...
thats his best dmg output on hia bar rite now
u can either orb it
or buff it through various means
(glyph of immolation + fragility will add +100dmg per cast to ur bsurge)
(that is assuming u wait for teh end affect of fragility to trigger before castinga again)
btw tyla...u need to get out of ur gvg mindset...
not everything revolves around gvg
especially since this is a pve section
at least be more open to other forms of pvp other than gvg too if not pve

Yes, it was bad before Cracked Armour on it.
With Cracked Armour it allows you to do more spike damage, in PvP anyway for spiking and stopping the effectiveness of shield sets, and in PvE Cracked Armour is quite nice versus high AL.
The only time it's truly good is in Lightning Hammer / Orb dual attune spam builds without the Cracked Armour.

Flash can get extremely energy intensive on an Ele bar that's not Mind Blast or Dual Attune.
Even with GoLE.
Invoke was only really used for some gimmicky spike, but if you insist.
If going Flash I recommend Dual Attune, but enchant removal is quite common in PvP, apart from scrub arenas like AB and RA.

Finish Him isn't a bad DW applier for PvE. A res is also advisable.
I also think Blinding Surge is a bad idea on that particular bar (although it is a staple for a lot of my builds, especially in GW:EN where just about every mob has enchants), just because if you are using it at its fullest captity, you should be hitting people enchanted and getting AoE blind anyways.
