Hi.I have a 55 monk but I just cant make it out how a 55 can farm raptors.Can someone please explain and show me the build?

55 or 135 monk, prot spirit, shielding hands, shield of absorbtion, mantra of resolve, shield of judgement, balth spirit, blessed aura, essence bond. Normal runes and attributes. just keep SoA or shielding hands up at all times. This is normal mode only. Great for event weekends.

Okay.But the problem is that my skills get interupted and start recharging for longer than normal.
I don't know why it does this.Any advice?

they have interupts...thats wut mantra of resolve is for
